About this piece
Hand knotted by weavers in a workshop in northern India using blended local with worsted New Zealand wool. The detailed traditional design requires a very fine weave, and the weavers, like all artists, have to be continually focused while working. Their hard work pays off when a rug comes out right like this one, a beautiful recreation of a Sarouk. This rug will bring quality and taste to any space it lands.
