About this piece
Moroccan rugs, also known as Beni Ourain rugs, are traditional carpets that are handmade in Morocco using wool from the local sheep population. This Flat Weave Moroccan Rug is known for its soft, plush texture and is typically made in a range of neutral colors such as white, cream, and beige. Moroccan rugs often feature abstract geometric patterns and are made using a knotting technique called the Moroccan knot. In addition to being used as floor coverings, Flat Weave Moroccan Rug is also often used as wall hangings or thrown over furniture as decorative accents. They are prized for their unique beauty and are a popular choice for adding a touch of bohemian style to a room.
