Cobalt blue, crimson red, mint green and ivory move across this striped silk velvet lumbar pillow in stepped diagonal chevrons. The horizontal rhythm gives the 16 x 24 inch (40 x 60 cm) format a strong architectural line, while the plush pile softens the graphic pattern with a gentle sheen.

The palette has the spirited character of a bohemian ikat aesthetic, with cobalt blue setting the visual depth and crimson red supplying a controlled note of warmth.
